This is a great vintage sculptural carved wood chair or furniture rail piece. It is a line of elephants, four on each side moving toward the center. At the center are three griffins. There is repaired damage, some of the elephants look like they've been broken and glued back on. And several of the white tusks are missing. It measures 17 1/2" long x 3 3/4" long x about 1" deep. There is lots of fine detail, a lovely piece!
