This is pair of vintage metal flower frogs. The green one is 3" in diameter and has no makers mark. The silver frog measures 2 5/8" in diameter and the makers marks on the bottom read: CASA FLOWER HOLDER / NO. 8 / CASA PRODUCTS / N. HOLLYWOOD / CALIF. The silver frog also has a notch in one side. I love the look of these old frogs, they make great photo stands and I've used them to display feathers and sea shells. These are older pin frogs and have some wear from use.
