This is a great vintage 100 ml graduated cylinder with blue numbers and marks and a round base. It stands 10" tall and is in great condition. I think this one has some age, the numbers are an older style print. The marks read: K / EXAX / USA / 20 C. The ml measurement marks are in increments of 10 and run from the bottom up on the right and the top down on the left. These make great vases for flowers and they display feathers beautifully!
