This is a pair of drawings by West Palm Beach, Florida artist Whitney Cushing. They are probably from the 1960's but I'm not really sure, just going by the framing and the little information I've found. They are both signed and the horizontal drawing is titled "South County Road", written on the drawing and on the back and "Palm Beach House" is written on the back of the vertical drawing. "Palm Beach House" framed measures 11" x 14", has #15 on the back, some fading and the 2 piece frame has many chips at the edges. "South County Road" framed measures 11 3/4" x 14 7/8", has #23 on the back, and also quite a bit of chipping on the frame. They look to be pen & ink drawings with color wash. These were purchased in Franklin, NC.
