This is a pretty hand made African basket tray. It measures 9" in diameter by about 1 1/2" deep. It bould look beautiful hanging on the wall or for serving bread at the table. I think the fiber is some kind of palm and this style was originally made for winnowing grain. It is in perfect condition with lovely pattern! The Chinese pin cushion, Mexican runner and other baskets are also for sale in my shop.
