This is a Depression ring made by Bob Dodd in the late 1930s. These were made from antique scraps of celluloid, such as old tooth brush handles, hand mirror handles and dresser sets. Different colors were welded together with acetone then filed into shape and hand sanded. Each ring took about a day to complete. The Dodd brothers started making these rings in 1937 in Robinson, IL. I think this ring is about a size 8 1/2 (not sure) and the colors are pink, turquoise and white.
